your machine.

Clear inputs make equipment comparisons more useful.

What information helps you select a packaging machine?

Start with your product sample or formulation, fill volume, pack drawing, packaging materials and target output. Include the destination country, power supply and available floor space.

Is cycle rate the same as finished packs per minute?

No. Cycle rate describes the machine cycle. Finished output also depends on the number of packs per cycle, the fill process and the pack configuration. Agree the required output using your actual product and pack.

Can one machine run different packaging formats?

Different formats may require different tooling, film widths, dosing arrangements or adjustments. Share every intended pack drawing so the changeover requirements can be reviewed together.

How should I prepare for an equipment discussion?

Bring a pack drawing, representative product information, target output and utility details. These inputs help define the configuration and the acceptance criteria before an order.
