Specify the installation site
For a project in the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea or Latin America, supply the exact installation location and facility electrical specification. State voltage, frequency, phases, grounding requirements, available compressed air, cooling and access dimensions. Do not substitute a country-wide voltage assumption for the site specification.
Define documentation and language needs
State the language required for the quotation, electrical drawings, operating manual, labels and operator interface. Ask the supplier to confirm the available scope. An English website does not by itself establish local-language documentation or local technical service.
Make the quotation comparable
Ask for a configuration list covering the dosing system, tooling, packaging materials, utilities, included accessories and any exclusions. Separate equipment price, packing, transport, installation, training and spare parts in the requested commercial breakdown.
Agree checks before dispatch
Define which drawings, samples and records must be approved, what the acceptance run should demonstrate, and what is checked before shipment. Determine destination-specific obligations with the appropriate parties; this checklist does not certify compliance or replace a project review.
Turn your brief into a configuration discussion.
Share the product, pack format and installation details.
